What materials should you use for your product’s packaging?

The product’s packaging influences its quality and plays an important role in marketing. The packaging material must correspond to the product’s needs while also being environmentally friendly, cost efficient and protect the product.

We recommend corrugated paper or cardboard packaging for products. These materials can be cut, designed, and formatted according to the client’s preferences, thanks to which we can create a solution corresponding to your wishes. In addition, these materials are inexpensive and more environmentally friendly than plastic, for example.

Corrugated paper

Last autumn we invested in corrugated paper processing technology and for the first time in the company’s history started producing corrugated paper packaging. It is a wavy material consisting of “airy” paper layers. It is durable and protects the product from potential damage.

Corrugated paper is biodegradable and recyclable which makes it an environmentally friendly choice. The corrugated paper we use is FSC® certified and is made of at least 70% recycled material.

Corrugated paper is known for its durability, as it can support heavy loads. Thanks to this, it can be used as attractive packaging material even for heavy products.

Cardboard

Cardboard packaging is inexpensive and environmentally friendly. Some products do not even need a box as packaging — a collar easily made of light cardboard or thick paper could be enough. One of the advantages of cardboard is the size of the created packaging. The smaller the size, the greater the suitability of this material.

The most important thing is to determine the purpose, use and sustainability of any packaging. Should you feel a need for consultation on these matters, do not hesitate to contact us. Our technical designer can definitely provide you with good advice and information on pros and cons of both materials.
