Kui klient on endale sobiva pakendiahenduse <\/a>v\u00e4lja valinud ja graafiline disainer<\/a> on andnud karbile v\u00e4ljan\u00e4gemise, saab alustada tootmisprotsessi ettevalmistamisega. Tr\u00fckiettevalmistuse ehk repro osakonna \u00fclesanne on tr\u00fckifailide kontrollimine ja ettevalmistuste tegemine tr\u00fckiplaatide tootmiseks.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

Protsess algab kujundusfaili kontrollimisega vastavalt kindlaksm\u00e4\u00e4ratud kriteeriumitele. Tr\u00fckifaili ettevalmistamisel m\u00e4\u00e4ratakse faili suurus, v\u00e4rvire\u017eiim (nt CMYK) ja v\u00e4rviprofiili. Visuaalselt hinnatakse teksti ning \u00a0kujutiste paiknevust formaadi \u00e4\u00e4rtel ja pildi kvaliteetu (reolutsiooni). Failide ettevalmistamiseks kasutatakse tarkvara, nagu n\u00e4iteks Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop v\u00f5i Adobe Illustrator.<\/p>\n\n

Tr\u00fckiettevalmistusspetsialist <\/a>teeb t\u00f6\u00f6le proof-<\/em>i (digitaalne v\u00e4rvit\u00f5mmis), et korrigeeritud fail kliendiga kinnitada. Proof<\/em> v\u00f5ib olla paberkandjal (formproof<\/em>) v\u00f5i digikujutis (softproof<\/em>). Ecoprint kasutab kliendiga kinnitamisel softproofi-<\/em>i tootmises j\u00e4lgivad operaatorid formproof<\/em>-i. Kui klient on softproof<\/em>-i kinnitanud, algab j\u00e4rgmine t\u00f6\u00f6etapp ehk tr\u00fckiplaatide valmistamine.<\/p>\n\n

Tr\u00fckiplaate valmistatakse CTP (Computer-to-Plate<\/em>) masinaga. CTP-tehnoloogia v\u00f5imaldab digitaalseid tr\u00fckifaile otse tr\u00fckiplaadile \u00fcle kanda. Tr\u00fckiplaadid on valmistatud alumiiniumist ja eesm\u00e4rgip\u00e4raselt saab neid kasutada ainult \u00fcks kord. Enne CTP masinasse asetamist veendutakse, et tr\u00fckiplaadid oleksid puhtad ja kriimustusteta. Tr\u00fckiettevalmistuse viimases etapis laaditakse tr\u00fckifailid CTP masina arvutis\u00fcsteemi. CTP masinas paigaldatakse ettevalmistatud tr\u00fckiplaat sobivale alusele nii, et selle emulsioonikihiga pind oleks suunatud valgusallika poole. Tundliku CTP masina t\u00f6\u00f6\u00fclesandeks on laserkiirte abil tr\u00fckifailides oleva kujutise kandmine tr\u00fckiplaadile. Igale v\u00e4rvile tehakse oma plaat, n\u00e4iteks CMYK tehnika puhul on selleks neli. Kui kujutis on tr\u00fckiplaadile fikseeritud, eemaldatakse see CTP masinast ja saadetakse tr\u00fckimasina juurde j\u00e4rgmist etappi ootama.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
